The Burbank Chorale is looking for new singers, 18 years of age and older, in all ranges. In order to be accepted, one must possess the ability to sing on pitch and have good tone quality. The ability to blend well with other singers and a desire to work as part of a team is also important.

Established in 1920, the Burbank Chorale is the longest continuously performing arts organization in the San Fernando Valley and one of the oldest musical organizations in the State of California. Our Mission is to attract individuals who share a love of music, dedication to musical growth, and the desire to provide excellence in performance.

What to expect at your audition:

when you come to audition, the Artistic Director will test your vocal range to place you as a soprano, alto, tenor, or bass. He may ask you to sing a few bars of a simple familiar song such as “America the Beautiful” or “Happy Birthday” to demonstrate your vocal range.
